“Our tour included transportation and an entrance ticket. We (1 adult and 1 8 year old) did the self-guided tour once we arrived. The staff there suggested we skip the audio tour since it wasn’t geared toward children. Transport was comfortable (despite lots of traffic) and the time at the studios was great! 3 hours was plenty for us as we are not huge HP fans so we were able to get on an earlier bus back to city center. Since tickets from the studios were all sold out this was the only way we would have been able to visit and we were not disappointed. Very well done and…”

“Worst experience we had in London!! Do NOT do one of these tours. This company left a family of 5 stranded in the London freezing weather as we waited for 45 minutes for the bus to come pick us up at their required spot (#13) near the London Eye. Noone showed up so we were forced to spend more money for a cab to get us home. I placed a formal request for a refund and it was denied. Unbelievably poor customer service. At Windsor, you will see the State Rooms which would be good to know how long a normal walking pace through them will take. Otherwise you zip through it not knowing how much content you will see and spend most of the time trying to figure out what the timing will be to get back to the bus in time not knowing what is left to see in front of you. There’s a lovely cafe and ample time at Stonehenge to eat there instead of eating earlier…”
